To keep the group effective for everyone involved, participation begins with a 90-day commitment. After the initial 90 days, participation continues on a month-to-month basis.
This work depends on continuity. Real progress in a group setting happens when trust develops, patterns have time to surface, and conversations are allowed to deepen beyond first impressions.
