Ongoing Advisory

Best for leaders who are still operating day-to-day and want steady support while running their business.

This is an ongoing advisory relationship designed to help you think clearly, make better decisions, and reduce the pressure of carrying everything alone.

Structure

  • Weekly 45–60 minute advisory calls

  • Phone or video

  • Month-to-month engagement

  • No long-term contracts

  • Current leadership and operational pressure points

  • Decisions that keep you overly involved

  • Identifying what needs attention now, and what can wait

  • Building stability, clarity, and confidence over time

  • $1,000 per month (No contracts)

Six-Week Advisory Intensive Program

Best for leaders who are at the edge and need clarity and stability sooner rather than later.

This is a focused, time-bound engagement for moments when things feel fogged, heavy, or unsustainable. It delivers the same advisory work in a more concentrated container.

Structure

  • Weekly 75–90 minute advisory calls

  • Six consecutive weeks

  • Remote (phone or video)

  • Clearing mental noise and decision overload

  • Slowing things down to regain perspective

  • Untangling priorities and pressure points

  • Establishing a clear and steady path forward

This work is intentionally protected and concentrated, allowing for deeper focus and continuity over a short period of time.

  • $5,000 for six weeks

Senior Leader
Advisory Group

Best for experienced leaders who value perspective, shared insight, and the reminder that they are not alone.

This is an ongoing advisory and support group, not a course or curriculum.

​

  • Weekly 90-minute facilitated group session

  • 6–8 senior leaders

  • Remote

  • $300 per month per participant (90-day Commitment)

The Purpose of the 90-Day Commitment

  • To keep the group effective for everyone involved, participation begins with a 90-day commitment.  After the initial 90 days, participation continues on a month-to-month basis.

  • This work depends on continuity. Real progress in a group setting happens when trust develops, patterns have time to surface, and conversations are allowed to deepen beyond first impressions.

  • The 90-day structure creates the stability needed for honest discussion, meaningful perspective, and real support. It is not a contract designed to lock anyone in. It is a container designed to protect the quality of the work.

  • The goal is not attendance.  The goal is clarity, steadiness, and progress that lasts.
